The other products of the domain
The production of Terres de Saint Hilaire does not stop at wine, even if it constitutes the bulk of our products.
Our farm has several fields of olive trees.
Olive oil
Our “extra virgin” oil is pressed from the olives of our 300 trees, planted at an altitude of 400 m.
Three of the main Provençal varieties are used in its composition: aglandau, caillon and Bouteillan.
These are olives resistant to cold, which deliver an oil with a “fruity green” taste but not very fiery, with notes of artichoke, apple, pear and dried fruits.
Juice
We distribute fruit juices produced from grapes and apples harvested and pressed on the territory of Saint-Maximin at the Sales Cellar.
This proximity guarantees you a short circuit for a high quality product.
